Installing the talk switch on an AXT200 transmitter adds remote push-button audio routing of the XLR and TRS analog audio outputs of a linked AXT400 receiver. The transmitter must be within range of a synced AXT400 receiver to enable talk switch operation. To activate audio routing, press and hold the talk switch button.
Selecting Talk Switch mode from the Audio menu of a synced AXT400 receiver enables remote push-button audio routing of the XLR and TRS outputs from an AXT100 bodypack transmitter or AXT200 handheld transmitter with the AXT651 Talk Switch installed. In Talk Switch mode, press and hold the transmitter button to route the audio output of a synced AXT400 receiver.
The Audio menu of the AXT400 receiver has three Talk Switch modes that determine how the audio is routed to the XLR and TRS connectors.
Audio is routed to the TRS connector when the button is pressed, audio at the XLR connector is always on.
Audio is routed to the XLR connector when the button is pressed, audio at the TRS connector is always on.
